Cummerbund 07 Side Armor SAPI Plate compatible

This cumberbund solved my problem for additional protection on low profile plate carriers. I wanted something simple secure comfortable and lightweight and most importantly low profile. This allows me the option of scaling my armor up or down depending on the mission. And allows me to use other cumberbunds in conjunction with this cumberbund do to the velcro on the front and back to maintain the overall low profile compared to other products on the market. The one I purchased was the large cumberbund and it is a little tight on me but I need to loose weight anyway. Note that I usually wear a size large shirt most and wear medium sapi plates but should probably be wearing large sapi plates. So keep that in mind when purchasing. Also it took me a minute to figure out how the velcro wrapped around the side plate and was inserted in the elastic cumberbund. My monkey brain didn't get it at first and one of the side plates poped out because I didn't insert the plate the proper way. I do wish this came with directions for us Neanderthals LOL. All in all I love this product and applaud the designer for its simplicity. It's worth the money in my book.
