Whiskey Two Four Hydro Back Panel 91 for WTF Plate Carrier 13 is designed for use with Source Kangaroo, WLPS, and ILPS bladder and CamelBak's 70oz and 100oz short bladders.
Back Panel 91 has VELCRO® Brand ONE-WRAP® loops for hydro and cable routing. YKK brand zipper offers easy access to the bladder compartment. WTF's laser cut HANK zipper pulls are easy to grab and won't snag. Back Panel 91 for WTF Plate Carrier 06 uses a laser cut bikini to slide over the top of the rear plate bag. Back Panel 91's bottom flap is sandwiched with the plate carrier's plate flap.
Back Panel 91 uses laser cut ACRONYM (Advanced Composite Rugged Optimized NYlon Material), MIL-DTL-32439 500D nylon, A-A-55126 nylon hook & loop, A-A-59826 bonded nylon thread, MIL-W-5691nylon elastic, YKK USA heavy duty zippers, and well compensated, skilled labor to produce a cost effective part.
WTF's Back Panel 91 is manufacturable. Whether for direct or dealer sale, this design is realistic for us to keep in stock or near stock with (as close to) on demand cut & sew (as we can get) and replenishing inventory on the fly. This design represents a balance of durability, ease of assembly, machine operator fatigue reduction, COTS materials use, cost effective cut and sew methods, self jigging/locating design, scalability, and usability.
Back Panel 91 for WTF Plate Carrier 13 (size medium) is lightweight at just 3.1oz / 116g. Made in the USA with Berry and NIR compliant fabrics.
